Having worked in Education for much of his career Neil is used to working with a broad spectrum of clients. As a former Head teacher, Senior Adviser and now director of two independent companies that specialise in training, coaching and facilitation Neil has a wide range of skills and experience to draw upon in his work.

He delivers leadership training programmes for a number of organisations across the UK. He is an accredited Performance Coach and has worked with teachers, school leaders and public sector managers, as well as coaching private sector clients from a range of industries.

Neil is a highly skilled facilitator and has worked with organisations going through transformational change at a strategic level. He is also an achievement coach and trainer for the national charity Achievement for All. He also works regularly for South West Councils as a trainer, facilitator and coach across a range of the south west local authorities.

Neil is committed to helping people achieve wellbeing in their lives and to helping them be the very best they can.
